The staff was very friendly and accepting of my dog which made me feel very welcome. The room was on the small side but that was okay to accommodate the small kitchenette which was very nice.
The room air conditioner was quite loud, but I was thankful to have one in the hot summer. The cost seemed fairly high in general.
staff is great location is real good parking needs help..price and room is perfect plenty of restaurants to chose from................. quiet
noisy air cond ..parking situation needs to be reevaluated,,, too small..angle different or needs to be assigned spots for each unit needs more outside seating
Liked the little kitchenette and rustic decor. Good location for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Close to Moab Brewery where we ate three nights in a row...good food and beer.
Rooms were very small and difficult to move around in with two people. Definitely the smallest room we have stayed in in Utah and the most expensive of all.
Great location. There was a lot to check out right in Moab (shops and restaurants). It is very close to the Moab Brewery. It was easy to get to Canyonlands and Arches from here.
The rooms were small, but had nice character.
Reasonably priced. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and the exterior of the motel has a nice atmosphere. Guests are welcome to use the pool of the lodge on the other side of the street.
Rooms are really small. Hardly enough room for the three of us (2 adults and a 10-year old) and our suitcases.
Clean, cozy room with unique look and amenities. Had everything we needed. We arrived after hours, and they had an envelope taped to the door with easy to follow instructions. Everything was very easy and accommodating!
Staying only 1 night!
The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff did a nice job and was very friendly.
The so called kitchenette was so poorly arranged. With everything in the room it was very crowded. Very frustrating. I would not stay there again.
Location was great and provided discounts for local restaurants were helpful.
The ice maker didn't work, couldn't keep up with demand. The WiFi speed was very slow, nearly useless.
Asked for wifi code. She was very short in her answer. Said she wrote it on the paper she gave us. Walked back to room and no she hadn't written it on it. She should of just said oh well here it is and gave it to us. After I walked back I wasn't going to go back to the office especially since she was pretty short with us the first time.
Access to Main Street and eateries and shops. Close Arches national park.
Kitchenette Outdoor seating with grill Laundry, ice Use of swimming pool
The location in Moab was easy to find and a short drive to Arches National Park. The little kitchenette was very helpful for making coffee and keeping our snacks cold in the fridge. We especially liked the good air conditioning after a long and hot hike at Arches!
The room was a little small and dark, but perfectly adequate for us.
The rustic cabin-like appearance; all rooms on ground level.
Close hot tub at 11pm vs 10pm.
location near the national parks
there wasn't breakfast included in the room rate not very cheap .too dark and gloomy the corridor outside the room.. i waited for a better place compared to the price
Room was very adequate for our overnight stay. Clean, but small. Staff was excellent.
Didn't serve breakfast.
